Dear Sir Grady and Ms Balie,
Dear Tracie's Family,
I guess you've never heard of me, but I was an exchange student from France with Tracie during our senior year at High School. Lauren Bruchhaus Fruge sent me the very sad news of Tracie's death and I wanted to tell you that I'm very sad for you.
I don't you how was Tracie feeling those last weeks trying to fight the cancer and I hope you had time to talk, to laugh, to cry, or just to be with her.
Please tell her good-bye for me and keep in mind she'll always be your wife, your mother, your daughter...
All my prayers are with you from many miles abroad.
