Obituary of William Jarrell Hinton

William Jarrell Hinton November 6, 1921 March 6, 2015 Kinder- William Jarrell Hinton, 93, passed away Friday, March 06, 2015. He was a resident of Kinder. Mr. Hinton was a self- employed truck driver and took care of Lambert Park for 10 years. He was a WWII Army veteran and he enjoyed fishing. He will be missed dearly by those who loved him. Survivors include his children, Lonnie Osberg of Gridley California, Johnny Hinton of Lake Charles, Robert “Bobby” Hinton of Hattiesburg, Miss.; daughter Starleen Webb of Kinder; grandchildren, Nicole DeClouette, Monica Squires, Ben LaCour, Jacob LaCour, Josh LaCour, Jordan Hinton, Chelsea Carlson, Chris Hinton, Dustin Hinton, Misty Treptau & 18 great grandchildren. Proceeded in death by his wife Genevieve, son William “Billy”, grandson Daniel Aaron Hinton. Funeral service will be held Sunday, March 8, 2015 at 3PM at Reed Funeral Home of Kinder. Rev. Albert Langley and Don Bennett will officiate. Burial with military honors will follow in Carter Memorial Cemetery.
