Obituary of Caleb Kirk Paxton

Caleb Kirk Paxton August 12, 1994 February 22, 2015 Kinder- It is with heavy hearts and great sadness we announce the passing of Caleb Kirk Paxton, age 20. He was a resident of Moss Bluff. Caleb had an avid love for fishing, singing, and playing the guitar. He also loved to drive his Dodge Charger. Caleb was employed by Paxton Construction. He loved life and loved his family and friends. He will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved him. Caleb is survived by his wife, Ragan Alyce Paxton; parents, Mike and Pat Paxton of Moss Bluff; two brothers, Jessie Paxton and Lewis Paxton of Lake Charles; sister, Sarah Paxton of Moss Bluff; niece, Mikelyn Paxton; paternal grandparents, Charles and Kellie Bates of Baton Rouge and Lewis and Connie Paxton of Huffman, TX; a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins. Preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Jessie and JoAnn Chaffin and cousin he loved dearly, Kenny Chaffin. Funeral service will be held Thursday, February 26, 2015 at 11AM at Reed Funeral Home of Kinder. Mike Paxton and Rev. Tony Bourque will officiate. Burial will follow in Green Oak Cemetery.
