Obituary of Moise Thibodeaux Sr.

Moise Thibodeaux Sr. April 23, 1921 November 6, 2014 Kinder- Mr. Moise Thibodeaux Sr. , 93, passed away Thursday, November 6, 2014. He was a resident of Kinder and a member of Hebron Baptist Church. Mr. Moise retired from a service station business. He loved music and made his own fiddle. Survivors include three sons, Calvin Thibodeaux and wife Sandra, Roy Thibodeaux Sr. and wife Rose, and Norton Thibodeaux all of Kinder; daughter, Marie Libick and husband Ronnie of DeRidder; 13 grandchildren, several great grandchildren and several great- great grandchildren. Preceded in death by his wife, Alma Johnson Thibodeaux; daughter, Alice Faye Langley, two sons, Roger Paul Thibodeaux, and Moise Thibodeaux Jr.; 5 grandchildren and 1 great grandson, Cameron Carter. Funeral service will be held at 2PM Sunday, November 9, 2014 at Hebron Baptist Church. Rev. John Nichols will officiate. Burial will follow in Green Oak Cemetery under the direction of Reed Funeral Home of Kinder. Visitation will begin Saturday from 5PM-9PM and Sunday from 9AM until 12 noon at Reed Funeral Home of Kinder. Visitation will continue at 1PM until time of service at Hebron Baptist Church.
