Obituary of Ruby Ethel Batchelor

Ethel Batchelor December 15, 1919 September 20, 2014 Kinder- Ethel Batchelor, 94, passed away Saturday, September 20, 2014 in the comfort of her home. She was a resident of Kinder. Ethel was a member of Kingsfarm United Pentecostal Church. She enjoyed cooking and baking. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her. She is survived by her two sons, Warren Spencer Batchelor and wife Jennifer of Nederland, TX, Dwight Batchelor and wife Myra of Kinder; two daughters, Dracy Billings of Kinder, Pamela Koch and husband Kenneth of Kinder; daughter-in-law, Joann Batchelor of Kinder; sister, Jeanette LeJeune of Welch; 13 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, and 8 great-great grandchildren. Preceded in death by her husband, James Batchelor and son, Robert Wayne Batchelor. Funeral service will be held Tuesday, September 23, 2014 at 10AM at Kingsfarm United Pentecostal Church. Rev. A.A. Haymon Jr. and Rev. Steve Haymon will officiate. Burial will follow in Jessie Johnson Cemetery under the direction of Reed Funeral Home of Kinder. Visitation will begin Monday at Kingsfarm United Pentecostal Church from 2PM-9PM and will continue Tuesday at 8AM until time of service.
