Obituary of Alvin LeDoux

Alvin Lee LeDoux October 21, 1946 April 25, 2014 Kinder- Alvin Lee LeDoux, 67, passed away Friday, April 25, 2014 in Houston, TX. He was born on October 21, 1946 in Kinder and he was a resident of Sulphur. Alvin enjoyed his horses and he especially loved spending time with his granddaughter, Calais. Alvin is survived by his wife of 42 years, Mary LeDoux; son, Beau Alan LeDoux of Sulphur; daughter, Shea LeDoux Hare (Colt) of LeBlanc; granddaughter, Calais Hare of LeBlanc; six brothers, C.A. (Letha) LeDoux, Charles (Marie) LeDoux, Carl LeDoux, Mayor Estes (Jeannie) LeDoux all of Kinder, Michael (Barbara) LeDoux of Hathaway, and Stephen (Bonnie) LeDoux of Jennings; 19 nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his parents, Estes Sr. and Alexanta LeDoux; nephews, Mac Burns and Keith LeDoux; niece, Crystel LeDoux. Mass of Christian burial will be held Thursday, May 1, 2014 at 10AM at St. Philip Neri Catholic Church in Kinder. Father Carlos Garcia will officiate. Burial will follow in Carter Memorial Cemetery under the direction of Reed Funeral Home of Kinder. Visitation will begin Wednesday at Reed Funeral Home from 4PM-9PM with a rosary at 6:30PM.
