Obituary of David Marcantel

Kinder- Bryan Marcantel, 55, passed away Wednesday, October 17, 2013. He was a native and resident of Kinder. He loved football and enjoyed going to the casino, but he especially loved his family. He will be missed dearly. Survivors include his loving mother, Louella Marcantel of Kinder; three brothers, Ricky Marcantel and wife Angie of Kinder, Greg Marcantel and wife Shirley of Basile, Mike Marcantel of Elton; two sisters, Clara Fontenot and husband J.B. of Kinder and Missy Marcantel of Kinder; a host of nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his father, Higney Marcantel and brother, Gary Marcantel. Funeral service will be held Friday, October 18, 2013 at 11AM at Reed Funeral Home of Kinder. Deacon Roy Nash will officiate. Burial will follow in Liberty Cemetery. Visitation will begin Thursday from 5PM-9PM with a vigil service led by Father Carlos Garcia at 6PM and a rosary will follow. Visitation will continue Friday at 8AM until time of service. The family would like to extend special thanks to Becky Truxillo for her devoted care and attention to Bryan's wellbeing.
