Obituary of Kenneth C Hollingsworth

Kenneth Hollingsworth August 16, 1961 August 27, 2021 Elton- Kenneth Hollingsworth., 60, of Elton passed away August 27, 2021. He enjoyed being outside doing anything under the sun, whether it was hunting, fishing, cutting grass, riding on his tractor, or spending time with family. He was the towns handyman & could fix anything. He was a friend to all who knew him, he never met a stranger. Ken loved his children and grandchildren and will be missed by all who knew and loved him. Those left to cherish his memory are his loving parents, Murphy Jr. and Laura Hollingsworth of Elton, LA., his children, Katelyn Tunwar (Mike) of Kinder, LA, Brandon Miller of Basile, LA, grandchildren, Blake, Grayson Tunwar, Anthanee, Addalee Miller, siblings, Arty (Cathy) Hollingsworth of Elton, LA, Joan David of Elton, LA, Sandra Hardebeck (Ron) of Beech Grove, KY, Murf III of Bossier City, LA, and a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends. Kenneth is proceeded in death by his paternal grandparents, Murphy Sr. and Lessie Hollingsworth, George and Lela Stephens. Funeral service will be held at Reed Funeral Home of Kinder at 1PM, Friday, September 3, 2021, Pastor Dustin Miller will be officiating. Burial will follow in Liberty Cemetery under the direction of Reed Funeral Home. Visitation will begin Friday, September 3, 2021, from 9AM until the time of the service.
