Obituary of Samantha P. Thigpen

Samantha Thigpen October 24, 1998 February 2, 2021 Moss Bluff– Samantha Thigpen, 22, of Moss Bluff, passed away February 2, 2021; she loved spending time with her boys, enjoyed doing hair, dancing, listening to music and playing on her phone. Those left to cherish her memory are her mother; Carin Amy, two sons; Donald “Porter” and Boston Tate all of Moss Bluff, Siblings; John Thigpen III, Caleb Thigpen, and Allena Thigpen all of Moss Bluff, Maw Maw’s; Alice Lasha and Maw Maw Sherry Thigpen, Paw Paw John Amy Sr. and Great Maw Maw Thigpen. Aunts and uncles; Christy and JJ Willis, Chris and Brandy Craft, Ruth and TR Richmond, Becka and Shane Recheck, Rachel Thigpen, Johnny Amy Jr., the father of her 2 children; Lane Nunez and a host of other family members. She will be missed by all that loved her. She was preceded in death by her father; John Thigpen, Jr., sister; Mary Jean Thigpen; Paw Paw’s; Reverend John Thigpen, Sr. Paw Paw’s; Thigpen and Robert Lasha. Funeral service will be held at 12PM Saturday, February 6, 2021 in Reed Funeral Home; Reverend Tommy Richmond will be officiating. Burial will follow in Creel Memorial Gardens Cemetery under the direction of Reed Funeral Home.
