Obituary of Loretta Sanders

Loretta Mary LaFargue Sanders July 26 1944 - June 7, 2020 Kinder-Mrs. Loretta LaFargue Sanders, 75, passed away on June 7, 2020 surrounded by her loving family. She was the third child born to Claude Paul and Maggie Josephine Manuel LaFargue. Loretta was married to Donald Ray Sanders on September 14, 1963. Their life began as a Navy couple stationed in Patuxent Naval Base in Maryland. Left to honor this family oriented, hardworking couple are children, Donna Kay and husband Bryan Kelly of Woodworth; son Kirk Patrick Sanders of Westlake; Chad Wayne Sanders and wife Marla of Kinder; six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; three brothers, Bruce (Diane); Carlos (Paula) and Wayland (Dorothy) LaFargue; sister-in-law, Shirley Stanton. Loretta is preceded in death by her parents; husband Don and sister Patsy LaFargue. Funeral service will be held Tuesday June 9, 2020 at 10:00 AM at Reed Funeral Home, with Father Keith Pellerin and Brother Rod Nesmith officiating. Intermit will follow a Harmony Cemetery. A visitation will be held Monday June 8, 2020 from 6 to 8 pm and Tuesday June 9 , 2020 from 8 am until the time of the service. Condolences may be made to the family at reedfuneralhomeofkinder.com.
