Kinder- Stacy M Culberston Deshotel, 42, passed away Saturday, August 31, 2019. She was a resident of Kinder and loved spending time with her children and grandchildren, listening to music, after noon drives, gardening. She was an out spoken and outgoing woman. Stacy managed the local for Dollar General for the past 8 years; she truly enjoyed working with the public and spending time visiting with her loved ones, friends, and family.

She is survived by her wife of eight years, Summer Deshotel of Kinder; children, Haley Champagne, Aaron champagne, Madison Champagne all of Kinder. Brothers and sisters, Jackie Dickey of La., Regina Balie of North Carolina, Wesley Culbertson of Kinder, Timothy Parsley of Jennings, Samantha Meche of Kinder, Dustin Culbertson of Kinder; grandchildren, Aleigha Champagne, Aniyah Scott, Emalyn Champagne, Lillian Champagne, Abel Croxton.

She was preceded in death by her father, Dennis Culbertson and mother Paulette Culbertson.

Funeral Services will be Thursday September 5, 2019 at 2 PM in Reed Funeral Home. Father Pellerin will officiate her service with burial to follow at Green Oak Cemetery in Kinder. Visitation will begin at Reed Funeral Home of Kinder Wednesday, September 4, 2019 from 5 PM-8 PM and will continue Wednesday from 8 AM until time of service.
