Kinder- Mrs. Sally Ann Fournet, 87, passed away Saturday, December 23, 2017surrounded by her loving family. She was a resident of Kinder. Mrs. Sally was a member of St. Philip Neri Catholic Church where she sang in the choir. She was also a member of the Ladies Altar Society. Mrs. Sally was employed at Calcasieu Marine Bank for many years. She was a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. She will be deeply missed by those who knew and loved her.

Survivors include her loving husband of 67 years, Mr. Jack Fournet; four children, Jack Charles Fournet Jr. and wife Connie of Kinder, Mary F. Fournet of Hathaway, Paula Fournet Kingrey and husband Ken of Kinder, Doug Fournet and wife Sherry Vizena Fournet of Moss Bluff; sister, Billy Pitts Buck of Kinder; 9 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.

Preceded in death by her son, Mark Kevin Fournet; parents, Lenora and Loyd Pitts; son-in-law, David Fontenot; sister, Betty Pitts Odom.

Mass of Christian burial will be Tuesday, December 26, 2017 at 11AM at St. Philip Neri Catholic Church. Father Keith Pellerin will officiate. Burial will follow in Kinder McRill Cemetery. Visitation will begin Tuesday, December 26, 2017 at Reed Funeral Home from 9AM until time of service.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Philip Neri Catholic Church.
