Kinder- Jeffrey Galen Morris, 34, passed away Saturday, October 21, 2017 surrounded by his loving family. He was a resident of Kinder. Jeff was an avid football fan. His favorite teams were the Dallas Cowboys, LSU, and Kinder Yellow Jackets. He enjoyed bead work, and he loved to make people laugh.  Jeff was a devoted husband, father, son, brother, uncle, and friend. He will be deeply missed by those who knew and loved him.
Jeff is survived by his loving wife, Kelly Bell Morris; son, Joshua Morris; mother, Cindy Morris of Iowa; three siblings, Cindy Ann Ronquillo and husband Ray of Silsbee, TX, Julia Morris O’Carroll and husband Heath of Sulphur, Joseph Morris of Kinder; four nephews, Simantali Battise, Austin O’Carroll, Silas Morris, and Titan Morris; in-laws, Robert and Sharon Butts of Kinder, Billy and Candy Bell of Kinder; a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Preceded in death by his father, Frank Morris and grandmother, Clara Mae Castillo.
Funeral service will be Wednesday, October 25, 2017 at 10AM at Reed Funeral Home of Kinder. Rev. Jimmy White will officiate. Burial will follow at Green Oak Cemetery. Visitation will begin Tuesday at Reed Funeral Home from 5PM-9PM and will continue Wednesday at 8AM until time of service.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the family to help with funeral expenses.
