Francis Raymond Barlis, 45, passed away August 13, 2017. He was a native of Quezon City, Philippines.
Francis Raymond was an IT professional by training and enjoyed any technological gadgets. He was employed by Western Illinois University as a Technical Associate. Francis Raymond was a loving son to his parents and a caring and thoughtful brother to all of his siblings. He will be remembered for his love for his family and generosity. Francis Raymond will be deeply missed.
He is survived by his loving parents, Voltaire Barlis and Lourdes Barlis of the Philippines; three siblings, Frederick Raymond Barlis and wife Maria Esperanza Barlis of the Philippines,Ferdinand Raymond Barlis and wife Tina of the Philippines, Maricelle Barlis Morillo and husband Leonard Morillo of Kinder; 5 nieces and nephews, Joshua John Barlis, Joseph Paul Barlis, Angelica Barlis, Carl Joseph Morillo and Charlie Joseph Morillo.
A funeral Mass will be held Saturday, September 2, 2017 at 11AM at St. Philip Neri Catholic Church in Kinder. Father Keith Pellerin will officiate. Interment of his cremains will be at Nativity of the Lord Parish             Church in Cubao, Quezon City of the Philippines. Visitation will be Saturday, September 2, 2017 at St. Philip Neri Catholic Church from 9AM until time of service. A Rosary will be recited at 10:30AM.
