Obituary of Della M. Holland

Della M. Holland February 12, 1929 November 23, 2016 Kinder- Ms. Della M. Holland, 87, passed away Wednesday, November 23, 2016 surrounded by her loving family. She was a lifelong resident of Kinder. Ms. Della loved to dance and work in her yard. She enjoyed cooking and baking for her friends and family. She also had a love for cats. Most of all, Ms. Della was a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. She will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved her. Survivors include six children, Fellis Roy Guillory of Kinder, Priscilla Guillet of Westlake, Robert Dale Guillory of Westlake, Kevin Miles Soileau and wife Midori of Japan, Gregory P. Holland and wife Linda of Lake Arthur, Thomas L. Holland Jr. and wife Jackie of DeRidder; step-son, William “Bill” Holland and wife Judy of Memphis, TN; two brothers, Derrick Perron of Kansas and Tommy Perron of Kinder; 19 grandchildren and 38 great grandchildren. Preceded in death by her husbands, Willis Guillory, Wilson Soileau, and Thomas L. Holland Sr.; parents, Jules and Marie Perron; brother, Paul Perron. Funeral service will be Sunday at Reed Funeral Home of Kinder at 2PM. Rev. John Cernek will officiate. Burial will follow in Green Oak Cemetery.
