Obituary of Robert Wayne Batchelor Jr.

Robert Wayne Batchelor Jr. Kinder- Mr. Robert W. Batchelor Jr., 53, passed away Wednesday, January 6, 2016 while working in Galveston, Texas. He was a native and resident of Kingsfarm. Robbie enjoyed riding motorcycles, cooking, and traveling. He especially loved telling jokes and making people laugh. Most of all Robbie was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, son, and brother. He loved spending time with his grandkids and he will be missed by all who knew and loved him. Survivors include his loving wife of 33 years, Angie Batchelor; three children, Nick Batchelor and wife Kenndel of Longville, Brian Batchelor and wife Sadie of Oakdale, Laikyn Batchelor of Kinder; mother, Joann Batchelor of Kinder; two sisters, Darleen Batchelor of Sulphur and Melissa Batchelor of Texas City, TX; three grandchildren, Kenny Batchelor, Kaylee Batchelor, and Jaxon Batchelor. Preceded in death by his father, Robert W. Batchelor Sr. Funeral service will be held Sunday, January 10, 2016 at 2PM at Kingsfarm United Pentecostal Church. Rev. Steve Haymon will officiate. Burial will follow in Green Oak Cemetery. Visitation will begin Saturday at Reed Funeral Home from 3PM-9PM and will continue Sunday at 8AM-11AM.
