Obituary of Jeramy Thomas
Jeramy "Superman" Patrick Thomas
1992-2012
ELTON-Jeramy won his courageous battle over Lymphoma on Saturday, September 1, 2012 at 7:00PM when he went to be with his Savior and Lord, Jesus Christ. After enduring through two bone marrow transplants, many months spent in hospitals, numerous trips to doctors and clinics, all while sharing the Gospel with anyone and everyone he came in contact with; he is now living his perfect eternal life as his reward.
His courageous charisma, through this vast and hard journey, was nothing short of amazing and truly inspired everyone who had the pleasure of meeting him. He never complained, not even through the most difficult of times, but instead took it head on as his given mission. Being apologetic as well as even sympathetic at times, even worrying more about those around him, than himself and his fight, was what he will be remembered for most.
Jeramy was a 2010 graduate of Elton High School and attended McNeese University, while his real goal was to follow in his father's footsteps and attend Southwestern Baptist Theological College and eventually enter the ministry to work with youth. Little does he know, he was already in the ministry and through this journey, he disciplined and ministered to thousands of people during his time here on earth, through face to face conversations, speaking engagements, substituting at local schools, posts on social media and word of mouth from people who had the pleasure of meeting him.
This living testimony for Christ will be missed!
